{"id":7687,"date":"2026-01-13T07:44:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T10:44:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oroverde.gob.ar\/portal\/?p=7687"},"modified":"2026-01-13T07:44:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T10:44:41","slug":"recomendaciones-sobre-el-mantenimiento-de-los-terrenos-y-corte-de-pasto-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oroverde.gob.ar\/portal\/recomendaciones-sobre-el-mantenimiento-de-los-terrenos-y-corte-de-pasto-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Recomendaciones sobre el mantenimiento de los terrenos y corte de pasto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio solicita a los vecinos en esta temporada de verano mantener el pasto corto en terrenos, patios y frentes, que tambi\u00e9n son su responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A tener en cuenta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si cort\u00e1s tu c\u00e9sped, NO lo dejes suelto, tampoco lo tires en la calle ni en el bald\u00edo m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Si ten\u00e9s un terreno bald\u00edo o con una construcci\u00f3n a medias, es TU responsabilidad mantener el pasto corto para evitar las molestias a vecinos y proliferaci\u00f3n de alima\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00e1 que los LUNES el Municipio recolecta las ramas y residuos voluminosos. Respet\u00e1 el esquema semanal, as\u00ed entre todos mantenemos limpia la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La Patrulla de Prevenci\u00f3n Ciudadana (+54 343 4699161) se ocupa de recibir los reclamos acerca de terrenos que no cumplen la normativa vigente (Ordenanza N\u00b011\/MOV de 2005) para verificar las denuncias y labrar un acta a los propietarios.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si no se limpia el terreno? Si no se revierte la situaci\u00f3n, el Municipio excepcionalmente limpiar\u00e1 el terreno y se cobrar\u00e1 una multa sobre el inmueble que impedir\u00e1, por ejemplo, obtener certificados de libre deuda.<\/p>\n<p>El Municipio no presta el servicio de desmalezado de terrenos privados, sino que lo realiza solamente cuando est\u00e1 en juego el bienestar de las personas que viven en propiedades colindantes, con las condiciones detalladas anteriormente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio solicita a los vecinos en esta temporada de verano mantener el pasto corto en terrenos, patios y frentes, que tambi\u00e9n son su responsabilidad.
